Automatic Installation:

Automatic installation is the easiest option handled by WordPress. 

Follow these steps for the installation:

1) Go to the Admin panel navigate to the sidebar click on the ‘Plugins’ menu > ‘Add New’.
2) On the ‘Add Plugins’ page go to the search bar and type ‘Track Orders For WooCommerce’.

Once you find ‘Track Orders For WooCommerce’ by WP Swings, you can view the details about it such as the points release, rating, and description. One can install it, simply by clicking “Install Now”

Manual Installation: 

The manual installation of the plugin is another option to install the plugin in the seller’s WordPress environment.

The manual installation method involves downloading our ‘ WooCommerce Order Tracking Extension’ and uploading it to the web server via their favorite FTP application. 

The steps for manual installation are as follows:

1) Upload the ‘Track Order for WooCommerce’ folder to the /WP-content/plugins/ directory.
2) Activate the WooCommerce Order Tracking plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

The best results can be viewed by using the “WooCommerce” standard theme (Storefront). Any third-party plugin might cause conflict with our plugin.

After Purchasing the premium version navigate to My Account > Orders > Your Order. There you’ll find the License Key.

If you want to benefit from all the premium features and automatic updates and access the support platform to receive help from our staff. In that case, it’s necessary to activate the license.

To do so, you have to navigate to the “License” tab, here you can enter the “License Key”, and click on the “Activate” button. Customers are supposed to receive these in their mail when they purchase the premium plugin.

Here, the admin can customize all the general settings for the plugin

1) Enabling the Plugin:

After activating the plugin, you need to enable it to start using its features. You can do this by toggling the Enable Plugin option in the General Settings section. This ensures that the plugin is fully operational and ready to be configured according to your needs.

2) Order Tracking Using Order ID:

Enable the Order Tracking Using Order ID setting to allow customers to track their orders using just the order ID. This simplifies the tracking process by requiring only the order ID, making it easier for customers to access their order status. 

3) Allowing users to export Orders:

To enable logged-in users to export all their orders, simply toggle the Allow Users to Export Orders setting. This feature provides users with the ability to download and save their order history directly from their account.

Users can conveniently export all their orders from the “My Account” section. 

4) Allow Guest Users to Export Orders:

To enable guest users to export their orders without logging in, toggle the Allow Users to Export Orders (Guest Users) setting. This feature makes it convenient for guest users to download and save their order details without the need for an account.

5) Use Icon Instead of Text for Order Status:

Enable the Use Icon Instead of Text setting to display an icon in place of regular text for the order status in the order table. This option provides a visual representation of the order status, making it easier for users to quickly identify the status of their orders.

6) Enable Order Delay Notification

After enabling this feature, a Configure button will appear. Click on the Configure button a popup will appear to manage the delay notification settings.

Using this feature, you can automatically send delay notification emails to customers when their deliveries are running late for any reason.

The delay notification email is sent automatically when the admin increases the delivery date for the order from the WooCommerce Orders section.

You can:

• Enable or disable the delay notification emails as needed.
  

• Customize the email template according to your store’s requirements. Use dynamic shortcodes such as:
  

• {Order ID}
• {Customer Name}
• {Expected Delivery Date}
  

• Choose whether to send the delay notification email to the admin along with the customer.

7) Send Email Notifications for Order Status Change:

Enable the Send Email Notifications setting to automatically send email notifications to users whenever their order status changes. This feature keeps users informed and up-to-date with the progress of their orders, enhancing their overall experience.

In the Track Order section, you have the option to enable Custom Order Status to tailor customer order statuses beyond the default options like Approval, Processing, and Shipping. This feature allows you to create and manage additional custom statuses that better fit your specific order workflow.

Enabling the Use of Custom Order Status

Toggle the Enable the Use of Custom Order Status option to add and utilize custom order statuses for various stages of the WooCommerce delivery process.

There are three order statuses:

1. Approval Stage: During this phase, the administrator designates an order status that signifies the order is pending approval.
2. Processing Stage: In the “Processing” step, you have the option to choose an order status that indicates the order is currently being prepared for shipping, offering customers reassurance about the progress.
3. Shipping Stage: When the order reaches the “Shipping” stage, you can opt for the appropriate order status to show that the order is now in transit for delivery.

Click on the corresponding drop-down and select the order statuses for each stage.
Click on the Save Settings button.

As an admin, you gain more flexibility in handling split deliveries. You can update the parent order status from the backend, mark it as partially shipped, and even set child orders to auto-complete once the parent order is marked completed.

The partial shipment feature can be customized from the settings panel, as shown in the screenshot. Below is a detailed explanation of each option:

1. Enable Partial Shipment Feature 

• Toggle this option to activate the partial shipment functionality. 
• Once enabled, you can manage split shipments within a single order and track them individually.

2. Auto Complete Partial Order

• When enabled, the system will automatically mark child (partial) orders as completed once the parent order is completed. 
• This helps automate order management and ensures consistency across related shipments.

3. Create the “Partially Shipped” Order Status

• Enabling this option registers a new custom order status called Partially Shipped. 
• This status can be assigned to orders that are only partially fulfilled, allowing both the admin and customers to clearly identify the shipment state.

• A customer places an order containing 3 products. 
• The admin ships 2 products first and marks the order as Partially Shipped. 
• Customers can track the shipped items separately while waiting for the remaining product, as shown in the screenshot below. 

• Once the last product is shipped, the admin marks the parent order as completed.

• If the Auto Complete Partial Order option is enabled, all child orders (partial shipments) are automatically updated to completed.

Sale Items: The merchant can allow refund for the Sale items by checking on this checkbox.

Exclude Shipping Fee: The merchant can enable shipping cost from here. If the checkbox is unchecked then the merchant can’t add an extra fee to requested products.

Enable Refund Note on Product Page: Admin can enable refund note for the product on the product detail page.

Maximum Number of Days: The user can submit a refund request up to the selected number of days from the delivery date.

Exchange product setting allows the administrator to enable the exchange product setting to your customer. To enable this setting, you must enable these three settings.

1. Enable Exchange Request.
2. Set the maximum number of days.
3. Select the order status in which the order can be Exchange.

Enable: Click on this checkbox to enable the exchange setting.

Enable Exchange Request with same products or its variations: In this setting, you can exchange your product order with the same product and its variations.

Sale Items: The merchant can prevent Sale items from the exchange by checking the checkbox.

Include tax: The merchant can include tax with the exchange request by clicking the checkbox.

Exclude Shipping Fee: The merchant can enable shipping cost from here. If the checkbox is unchecked then the merchant can’t add an extra fee to requested products.

Enable Exchange Note on Product Page: Admin can enable exchange note for the product on the product detail page.

Minimum Number Days: The user can submit an exchange request up to the selected number of days from delivery date.

Enable Exchange Request Reason Description: The merchant can enable Reason Description field on Exchange Request form.

Select Order status in which order can be Exchange: The merchant can enable an Exchange request for selected order status.

This setting allows you to enable the single refund/exchange request per order. If anyone refund/Exchange request is done with an order then refund/exchange request will be disabled for that order.

If you want your customer to cancel their products after purchasing, then enable the Cancel Order setting.

After enabling this setting the customer sends the Cancel Order request by clicking on the “Cancel Order” button from the My Account page.

If Admin wants to add the refunded amount to the customer wallet then enable “Wallet settings”.

Enable Wallet: The merchant can enable this to save the refunded amount into the customer wallet.

Select Refund Method to Customer: Enabling this setting, Admin allows the customer to select the method of refunded amount. It may be the manual refund or in the customer wallet.

Cancel Order Amount to Wallet: The merchant can Enable this for adding the Order amount with coupon discount to customer wallet for those orders which is paid and having status Processing and Completed and going to be canceled due to some reason.

Wallet Coupon Prefix: The merchant can set the coupon prefix to make it unique.

Admin can modify the text to be displayed on the front-end. He can change Guest Refund/Exchange Form Text, Exchange Button Text, Refund Button Text, and many more.

Through this setting creates Catalog and select those categories on which categories products you don’t want to allow refund and exchange request for the selected time of period.

Here, merchants can give Name of products group.

Basic E-Mail Notification Setting:

1. From Name: All email notification to the user is sent from this name.
2. From Email: All email notification to the user is sent from this email.
3. Predefined Refund Reason: Merchant can set multiple Predefined refund reasons which may be the reason of Users.
4. Predefined Exchange Reason: Merchant can set multiple Predefined exchange reasons which may be the reason for User.

Refund E-Mail Notification Setting:

1. Merchant Refund Request Subject: Subject of refund request which Merchant received for an Order.

1. Merchant Exchange Request Subject: Subject of exchange request which Merchant received for an Order.
2. Exchange Request Received Subject: Subject of exchange request which user received for their Order
   Received Exchange Request Message: Message content of exchange request which user received for their Order.
3. Approved Exchange Request Subject: Subject of the approved exchange request which user received for their Order.
   Approved Exchange Request Message: Message content of approved exchange request which user received for their Order.
4. Canceled Exchange Request Subject: Subject of canceled exchange request which user received for their Order.
   Canceled Exchange Request Message: Message content of canceled exchange request which user received for their Order.
5. Enable to custom email template: Enable this when you want to put custom email template in the editor and put your email template under the text tab of the editor.

Return Slip Label Setting:

The Admin allows the vendor to manage refund/ exchange requests, to refund the money in customer Wallet and allows the refunded product stock.

Products Edit Page:

Go to Products and choose any product.

From the product detail, the page on Advanced section merchant can disable refund and exchange request for each product. By default, the product is enabled for refund and exchange request.

Manage User Wallet:

Go to the User listing page in the admin panel.

There is a column User Wallet with the wallet codes and the amount of each customer. If no wallet generated the admin can generate by clicking on the button Create Wallet.

Basic Settings:

⇒ REFUND REQUEST:

1)The customer will be able to send the refund request if the merchant can enable the setting from the backend.

2) After enabling the setting the customer sends the refund request by following steps.

-> Click on the Refund Button.

-> Clicking on the Refund Button, A Refund Request Form is displayed. After filling out this form the customer will be able to send the refund request.

⇒ EXCHANGE REQUEST:

1)The customer will be able to send the exchange request if the merchant can enable the setting from the backend.

2) After enabling the setting the customer sends the exchange request by following steps.

-> Click on the Exchange Button.

-> Clicking on the “exchange button”, A Exchange Request Form is displayed. After filling out this form the customer will be able to send the exchange request. admin can allow the customer for two type of exchange product policies.

1. Exchange product with selected products or its variations.
2. Exchange the product direct from any product.

->After Clicking on the Submit Request, the Exchange Request transmits to the merchant.

The merchant can see all the request from the Order list and view any request click on that particular request.

The Merchant can inspect all the details of the product and Accept/Cancel the exchange request respectively.

If the merchant approves the Exchange request than exchanged the product and manage the stock by clicking on Manage Stock button.

⇒ CANCEL ORDER REQUEST:

1) The customer will be able to send the Cancel Order request if the merchant can enable the setting from the backend.

2) After enabling the setting the customer sends the Cancel Order request by clicking on the Cancel Order Button.

 

After clicking on the Cancel Order your product will be canceled.

⇒ CANCEL PRODUCT REQUEST:

1)The customer will be able to send the Cancel Order request if the merchant can enable this setting from the backend.

2) After enabling the setting the customer sends the Cancel Order request by clicking on the Cancel Products Button.

Select the product and Click on the Cancel Product Button.

⇒ MANAGE WALLET:

1)The customer will be able to send the Refund Request & Select Refund Amount method if the merchant can enable the settings from the backend.

-> Clicking on the “refund button“, A Refund Request Form is displayed. After filling out this form the customer will be able to send the refund request & also able to select the refund amount method it may be Refund in a custom wallet or Refund through manual method.

⇒ REFUND & EXCHANGE FEATURE FOR THE GUEST USER:

After purchasing the product If the guest user wants to refund/exchange the product than filling out the Refund/Exchange Form.

After filling out the Refund/exchange form the guest user will be redirected to his order thank you page and from there customer can Refund/Exchange the product by clicking on the Refund and Exchange button. 

 

 

Any refund and exchange request send by customers display on the admin panel as well as vendor panel if the admin grants the permission to the vendor.

• Automatic Installation

Trace the following steps for the automatic installation of the WordPress event calendar plugin:

1. Open the dashboard of your WordPress website and navigate to the sidebar.
2. Visit Plugins → Add New.
3. Now on the search bar type the name of the plugin – “Event Tickets Manager for WooCommerce”.
4. From the search results press the Install Now button beside our plugin.

Once you find ‘Event Tickets Manager for WooCommerce’ by WP Swings, you can view the details about it such as the rating and description. One can install it, simply by clicking “Install Now”.

• Manual Installation

Here are some simple steps for the manual installation of the events calendar plugin:

1. Download the plugin from WordPress.org.
2. Once the plugin is downloaded, upload the .zip file of the plugin.
3. Now activate the plugin by going to Plugin → Installed Plugin and pressing the Activate button below the plugin.

To work correctly, the plugin must be installed by following the mentioned steps.

However, suppose you have purchased the premium version of the plugin and you want the benefit from automatic updates or access to the support platform to receive help from our staff. In that case, you need to activate the plugin. Also, after Purchasing the premium version navigate to My Account > Orders > Your Order. There you’ll find the License Key. The License Key is also sent to you on your mail ID.

To do so, you have to navigate to the “License” tab, here you can enter the “License Code”, and click on the “Activate” button. Customers are supposed to receive these in their mail when they purchase the premium plugin.

The General Settings tab of the events calendar plugin has configurations that influence the overall functionality of the plugin.

a) Enable / Disable:

Press the slider switch beside Enable / Disable to enable the plugin for your WooCommerce store.

This admin can utilize this feature of the events calendar plugin, to exercise the opportunity of resending the PDF tickets for an event. After enabling this setting, the admin and the customer can re-send the PDF if they are unsure about sending it the first time.

For the admin,

The admin can navigate to the order section under WooCommerce, where all the orders are listed. Click on the existing order, and scroll down on the order page. Here you will see the “Resend Ticket PDF Mail” section. You can click on the “ Resend Ticket PDF Mail”.

Once you’ve configured the general settings of the plugin click the SAVE button at the bottom before leaving the tab.

From the Ticket Setting tab, you can edit the content of the email and SMS sent to your customers, the events calendar plugin has made the configuration very seamless. From this tab, you can manage the following configurations:

a) Event Ticket Email Subject:Premium

Enter the subject of the email that is sent to your customers when they buy a ticket to the event. Use the [SITENAME] shortcode for the name of your site, [PRODUCTNAME] shortcode for the name of your event product.

b) Email Body Content:Premium

The text field beside Email Body Content is for the body of the mail sent to a customer who has brought the ticket to your event. Use the [SITENAME] shortcode for the name of your site.

c) Upload Default Logo:Premium

Upload a default image from the Media Library that will be displayed in the email body and the ticket pdf in the email attachment.

d) Ticket Background Color:Premium

The merchant can use the events calendar plugin, and can alter the background color of the ticket to give it a more interesting appearance.

e) Ticket Text Color:Premium

The store owner can alter the font color on the ticket to give it a more vibrant and appealing appearance.

f) Enter Content To Send In SMS With Ticket:Premium

The merchant can enter the content of the SMS that will be sent to the customers after they purchase the ticket.

Placeholders: Use the following placeholders to show relevant information in your SMS –

• For adding the event’s start and end date and time use the placeholder {event-time}.
• To display the event location use the {venue}.

The events calendar plugin lets the admin customize the layout as per his preference. The admin can the layout — the border type & color, Background color, Text color, logo size, and QR size.

Admins can use this tab to enable the “Subscribe Checkbox” on the order page. 

This feature lets admins inform their customers about upcoming events by sending them email notifications.

Email Subject: Utilize this setting to set an “Email Subject” that your customers will receive in their inbox. You can also use the default “Upcoming Event Notification” subject as well, or modify this as per your liking.

Email Body: This is where admins can get creative. Use this space to draft an interesting and engaging email body. Confused? You can also go with the default—“Check out our latest events here.” Admins can also use shortcodes like [SITENAME], and [PRODUCTNAME], just replacing the name of the site and product, respectively.

Reminder Sent Before Event: The events calendar plugin, lets you select or enter manually the no. of days before you want to send the email reminder to your customers about the event to notify them that the event will start.

Reminder Email Subject: Utilize this setting to set an “Email Subject” that your customers will receive in their inbox. You can also use the default “Reminder for upcoming events” as well, or modify this as per your liking.

Reminder Email Body: This is where admins can get creative. Use this space to draft an email body that is interesting and engaging. Confused? You can also go with the default – “Hello, this is a short reminder for which starts from [STARTDATE]. Enjoy your day!” Admins can also use shortcodes like [STARTDATE], [SITENAME], and [PRODUCTNAME], just replace the details respectively.

Event Reschedule Notification: Store owners can configure this setting to notify event purchasers if there is a date/time change for the event. They can also set this setting “per product”. Navigate to Point 9.

Notify Pending/On-Hold Orders Too: Store owners can turn this setting on if they want to notify customers even before payment is completed or to keep it off if they want notifications to go only to customers with paid or fulfilled orders.

Enable Social Share Settings: The admins can enable this setting to allow their customers to share the event products on social media platforms.

Enable Social Share Name: Select the social media platforms, that you want to list on your website i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, Pinterest, and WhatsApp.

Click on “Save As” for this to work seamlessly.

• Delay feedback email by a day after the event ends: Admins can enter the number of days after which the post-event feedback.
• Post-event feedback email subject: Please specify the subject of the feedback email that the customers will receive. Use the shortcode  [EVENTNAME], to curate the name of the event for which you want the feedback.
• Post-event feedback email: This is where admins can get creative. Use this space to draft an email body that is interesting and engaging. Confused? You can also go with the default – “Hello [USERNAME]! Thank you for attending [EVENTNAME]. We hope you had a great time. We’re always looking to improve, and your feedback help us alot. Please take time to fill up our quick feedback form: [FEEDBACKFORMLINK].

Allow Ticket Transfer: Enable this feature if customers want to share their tickets. The customers can easily transfer the ticket by navigating to “My Account” > “Event Tickets”. Then transfer the tickets by mentioning the event name, the ticket number, and the email address of the person, whom you want to transfer the ticket.

Admins can utilize this setting to modify or change the content that will be displayed on the frontend.

Event Dashboard Color / Listing Colour:

The color of the events dashboard can also be changed as per the requirements of your event hosting platform. The admin can also change the color for the event listing page to match the color of the event dashboard. This will help you maintain the uniformity across your online event store.

The admin can utilize this space to add an external CSS to meet the requirements of their business. This allows store owners the ability to customize the appearance of event tickets, event pages, and templates without editing the plugin files or using inline styles. 

For example, we have changed the button text color to blue here.

To enhance the functionality of our events calendar plugin we’ve integrated it with some esteemed services. You can configure it from the Integrations tab of the plugin. These are options you’ll find under the tab:

7.1 Google API KeyPremium

For enabling the Google maps on the product page:

1. Generate an API key. (Check out this documentation on Google Maps API key.
2. Now enter the generated API key in the text box beside the Google API Key option.

Note: Make sure you’ve enabled the Maps JavaScript API and Geocoding API.

7.2 Twilio IntegrationPremium

Event Tickets Manager For WooCommerce Pro is Twilio allows the event hosts to send SMS alerts to their attendees.

Follow these steps for implementing the Twilio services:

a) Enable Twilio Integration: Press the toggle switch next to this option to enable the Twilio Integration.

b) Enter Twilio API SID: Enter the API SID in the text field next to the Enter Twilio API SID option.

c) Enter Twilio API Token: Next, enter the Twilio API Token next to this option.

d) Enter Twilio Sending Number: Enter the phone number from which you want to message your customers.

7.3 Sharing On FacebookPremium

Event Tickets Manager For WooCommerce Pro came up with the Facebook Sharing of Event feature where you can share your events on Facebook to get traffic.

a) Enable Sharing on Facebook: Press the toggle switch next to this option to enable Sharing on Facebook.

b) Enter Facebook APP ID Here: Enter the Facebook App ID in the text field and then Create an application in the Facebook developer profile.

c) Enter Facebook APP Secret Here: Enter Facebook App Secret here. Create an application in your Facebook developer profile and enter the credentials here.

d) Enter Facebook Access Token Here: Enter the Facebook Access Token and Click on Generate Token. To generate a token that will help you share your event on Facebook.

7.4 WhatsApp IntegrationPremium

• Enable Whatsapp Integration: Marketers can enable this setting, to utilize the functionality of this integration.
• Enter Phone Number ID: Admins can click on the provided link to understand the in-depth information about this integration. They will first have to register as a Meta Developer. There is a default number provided by Meta, but the admins can also use their business profile to send messages.

• Enter Access Token: Once, the admin registers himself as a Meta developer, they will be provided with the Access token, that he needs to enter to enjoy the benefits of this functionality.

Now, click on “Save”. After successfully following all the steps, you have now integrated WhatsApp Integration into your website. The event order details can now be sent to your customer’s billing phone number.

Here is how the admin dashboard will look once you successfully register,

7.5 Google Meet Integration

The event tickets plugin is integrated with Google Meet for Event Products. This enables the admins to add the functionality of the customers/participants being able to attend online events through the G-Meet link.

• Enable Google Meet Integration: It is important to enable this integration before proceeding with any other integration functionalities.Click on the mentioned link, which will take the admin to the “Google Console’s” page. Here, in the search bar type – “Google Meet Rest API” and enable the Google Meet Rest API. Utilize a similar process to enable the “Google Calendar API”. After doing so, admins will “create a project” by clicking on the link provided in the description of the settings.
• Enter OAuth 2.0 Client ID: After successfully creating a project, click on the link provided in the description of this setting. The admin will be redirected to the “APIs and Services” page.Frontend Demonstration Of the Page –

All the enabled APIs will be listed in this section of the console. Now, the admin will click on the credentials tab. After doing so, click on the “Create credentials” option.

Click on the “OAuth Client ID” option. Here, click on the “Web Application” option, from the drop list.

After clicking on the “web application” option. Click on the “add URL” icon, under the “Authorized JavaScript origins”.

The admins can utilize this section to put the URL of their website. For the “authorized redirected URL” section, the admin can put the URL where he wishes to redirect the customers after the Google Meet session is over. After all the information is filled. Click on the “save” button. After doing so, the admins will get access to the client ID and secret key.

As shown in the screenshot.

Now enter this ID and secret key in the backend settings.

• Enter OAuth 2.0 Client Secret: Utilize this space to enter the generated client secret key.

After successfully, completing this process the admin will also have to set the scope. The scopes that need to be set are – (…auth/calendar/, …auth/calender.events, …/auth/meetings.space.created). 

Go to – O-Auth Consent Screens Tab.

The admins will have to “Create an APP”. After putting in all the required information i.e. name of the APP, the email ID of the admin, APP logo. Then, click on “Save and Continue”.

The second step is to “Create Scope”, the admin will click on the “add or remove scopes” button. After doing so, click on all the mentioned scopes that need to be set.

Click on “Save and Continue”. After successfully following all the steps, you have now integrated Google Meet into your website. Now, just click on the “generate token” button present in the backend settings, and admins will be redirected to a pop-up screen. Click on the “Allow” button to successfully activate this integration on your website.

After successfully integrating G-Meet into your website, please refer to Point- 8 (Product Settings) and scroll down to Point – 8.6, to get an in-depth understanding of the steps that follow after the integration.

7.5 Zoom Integration

The event tickets plugin is integrated with Zoom for Event Products. This enables the admins to add the functionality of the customers/participants being able to attend online events through the Zoom link.

Enable Zoom Integration: It is important to enable this integration before proceeding with any other integration functionalities.

Enter Client ID: To generate the client ID, click on the mentioned link, which will take the admin to the “Zoom Marketplace’s” page. After signing in successfully, the admin will click on “Develop”, then click “Build App”.

After doing so, create a “General App”. After creating the general app, the client will be redirected to the dashboard. Where you can find the client ID, and other required information.

After doing so, the admins can utilize the next section to put the URL of their website. For the “authorized redirected URL” section, the admin can put the URL where he wishes to redirect the customers after the Zoom session is over. As shown in the screenshot.

Client Secret: Utilize this space to enter the generated client secret key.

After successfully, completing this process the admin will also have to set the scope. The scopes that need to be set are – (meeting:write and user: read or user:write).

The second step is to “Create Scope”, the admin will click on the “add or remove scopes” button. After doing so, click on all the mentioned scopes that need to be set.

The admin should also ensure that if he wants to showcase the created Zoom links in the Google Calendar, then he’ll have to make sure to enable the Google Calendar API.

After successfully integrating Zoom into your website, please refer to Point- 9  (Product Settings) and scroll down to Point – 9.6, to get an in-depth understanding of the steps that follow after the integration.

11.1 Add New Product

Under this heading, we’ll see how to add events to your WooCommerce store. The events are added as WooCommerce products. You have to navigate the following steps to add your events:

Visit Products → Add New

Enter the title of the product.

Now scroll down the product data box and select Events as the product type from the dropdown menu.

11.2 General Settings

Input the price of your WooCommerce events under the general settings.

You have to enter the following information:

• Regular Price: The price at which the event is usually sold on your website.
• Sale Price: The price at which you want to sell your event tickets.
• Limit User Purchase: The admin can enable this setting if he wants to limit the user purchase of any order.
• Set Purchase Limit: Enter the number of quantities that the user can purchase per order.

Next, press the Schedule button to specify the sale price of the events.

11.2 Event Filter In Order Table

Now as a merchant, you can filter all events related to order in the order table.

For filtering event-related orders as products follow these steps:

• Visit Products → Choose Filter
• Select Filter by Event

After clicking on Filter by Event, all the products related to the event will be displayed in the table.

11.3 Bulk Import Event Order Attendees

To access these settings, navigate to “WooCommerce” > “Events” tab,

By utilizing the bulk upload, the details of attendees’ order tickets by simply clicking on the “import data” button. Here, they’ll have to upload the CSV file in the mentioned format.

By doing so, the admin is in a position to bulk upload all the attendees’ order tickets.

Once you’ve created a new product, it’s time to add some details to your event products.

Here are the configurations that you’ve got to manage:

11.4. General Settings

Input the price of your WooCommerce events under the general settings.

You have to enter the following information:

• Regular Price: The price at which the event is usually sold on your website.
• Sale Price: The price at which you want to sell your event tickets.
• Limit User Purchase: The admin can enable this setting if he wants to limit the user purchase of any order.
• Set Purchase Limit: Enter the number of quantities that the user can purchase per order.

Next, press the Schedule button to specify the sale price of the events.

11.5. Inventory

The inventory management for event product types is the same as any other WooCommerce product type.

Here are the steps you can follow:

• Enable the Manage stock, Option by clicking on the checkbox.
• Now besides the Stock Quantity option, enter the number of available tickets to your event.
• Allow Backorders, your customers can purchase an item even if it’s temporarily out of stock.

11.6. Events

Next from the Events tab of the product data box, you can configure the following:

Note: If you have published an event, and that event has expired, it will be directly deleted. 

• Start Date/ Time: Fill in the start date and time of the event.
• End Date/ Time: Fill in the date and time when the event ends.
• Venue: Enter the accurate address of the event to get the best Google map results.
• Remove/Hide Product: Click the checkbox and you will be able to remove/hide the product or event on expiration.
• Display Event On Google Maps: Click this checkbox if you want to display the location of your event on Google Maps on the product page.

• Disable Shipping Charges:Premium

Click on the checkbox if you want to disable the shipping charges for a particular product page.

• Share Event On Facebook:Premium

Click this checkbox if you want to share your event on Facebook on the product page.

• Share Google Meet Link Via email: After successfully integrating the website, click on the “enable” setting to make this functionality work on that particular event product. After enabling this functionality, kindly update that particular product, for it to work seamlessly. After the customer, successfully purchases the event product, he will receive the Google Meet link on their email ID and the event will also added to their Google Calendar.

Frontend Demonstration –

Share Zoom Link On Email: After successfully integrating the website, click on the “enable” setting to make this functionality work on that particular event product. After enabling this functionality, kindly update that particular product, for it to work seamlessly. To understand how to integrate your website with Zoom, navigate to Point 5.6 (Integration Tab).

After the customer, successfully purchases the event product, he will receive the Zoom link on their email ID and the event will also added to their Google Calendar.

Frontend Demonstration –

• Event Recurring Settings

Check this box if you want to add the recurring settings to your existing events. After clicking on the checkbox this setting you will automatically see these settings.

Here the admin is asked to select the number of days when you want the event to recur. They can also select whether they want the event to recur on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You are also given the option to either delete the attached recurring event or create a new recurring event. The admin also gets to select the time slot for the recurring events. He can put the start time and the end time as per the requirements.

Note: The free version of the events plugin lets the admins set the recurring settings for a particular event daily. If you want your events to recur on a weekly and monthly basis, you should have the premium version.

It is also interesting to note that these recurring events will only recur within the specific date range that you have already selected for the parent event.

The enhancement, allows the admins can use the “Event Parent” filter, to see all the recurring events under that particular event, and merchants can also view/edit any recurring events utilizing the filter.

• Price Calculation:

The admin can utilise this setting to set price by using two rules –

-> With Base Price – Show the price by adding the set price with regular / sale price of the event product.

-> Without Base Price – Show the price without adding the set price with regular/sale price of the event product.

• Send Subscribe Email Notification: Turn this setting if you want customers to receive updates about any particular event via email. (NOTE: If you want to globally set the settings for all products, refer to point 6).
• Send Schedule Change Email: Merchants can keep customers informed about date changes for a specific event. They will receive a notification via the email address shared while placing the order for the event. (NOTE: If you want to globally set the settings for all products, refer to point 6)

Collect Post-event Feedback:Premium

Admins can enable this setting if they want to collect feedback relating to that particular event.

Collect Post-event Feedback Form Link:Premium

Copy the Google form’s link and paste it in the space given for the feature to work properly.

Enable Waiting List:

Utilize this setting if you want to enable the waiting list functionality, where the waitlist tickets are automatically booked upon the cancellation of a ticket for the same event.

Note: The admin should enable the “ Allow backorder” functionality to make the waitlist feature work seamlessly. The backorder functionality allows customers to purchase an item even if it’s temporarily out of stock.

Waiting Limit:

Here, the admin can specify the number of customers that they want to allow in the waitlist for the event.

Frontend Representation (for the customers) –

After placing an order for the waitlist ticket for an event, customers will receive this PDF ticket via email. This PDF ticket will show the ticket status as “waiting”.

Once their waiting list ticket is confirmed, customers will receive this email –

If the event has already started and the waiting list ticket for the event is still not confirmed, customers will receive this email (Note: in this scenario, the customer will get a full refund for the purchase of the waiting list ticket) –

Show Events On Multiple Locations: Admins can now add multiple locations for a single event product by adding different venues.

Choosing Access Method for Registered Users

You can customize how registered users receive their PDF files by choosing from the dropdown menu under Access Method for Registered Users. The available options are Direct Download or Email User, allowing you to select the most appropriate method for your audience.

If the “Email User” option is selected, a pop-up will appear prompting the user to enter their email address. Once they provide their email, they can download the PDF, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Similarly, for guest users, you can select the preferred method of PDF file access from the dropdown menu under Access Method for Guest Users. The choices available are Direct Download or Email Guest, ensuring flexibility in how guest users receive their PDFs.

Positioning the PDF Generator Icon

The position of the PDF generator icon on your website’s frontend can be easily adjusted. You can choose from the Show PDF Icon dropdown menu to place the icon in a location that best suits your site layout. Naming the Single PDF Download Icon Premium

Adjust the Font Size for the header text using the respective setting. This allows you to set the text size to ensure readability and visual appeal in your PDF templates.

To adjust the position of the header, set the Header Top Placement value. A greater value will position the header further down from the top of the page, allowing you to control the vertical spacing and placement of the header within your PDF templates

Accessing Body Settings

Navigate to WP Swings → PDF Generator for WP → PDF Settings → Body Settings to configure the body settings for generating PDF files. This section allows you to define various aspects of the PDF body, including title customization and text appearance.

Customizing the PDF Title Font Style

For the title of the PDF body, select the Title Font Style from the available dropdown options. This setting lets you choose a font style that aligns with your branding or design preferences for the PDF title.

Setting the Title Font Size

Enter the desired size for the PDF title in the Title Font Size setting. This customization option allows you to adjust the size of the title text to ensure it stands out appropriately within your PDF files.

Choosing Title Text Color

In the Choose Title Color setting, select the text color for the PDF title from the provided color palette. This option helps you match the title color with your overall design and branding.

Selecting Page Size

Choose the Page Size from the dropdown menu to set the dimensions for your PDF files. This option allows you to select a predefined page size that best fits your needs.

Choosing Page Orientation

You can select the Page Orientation from two options: Landscape or Portrait. This setting determines the layout of your PDF pages, allowing you to choose between a horizontal or vertical orientation.

Setting Custom Page Dimensions

If you prefer a custom size for your pages, select Custom Page Size from the dropdown menu after choosing the page size. You can then set the Page Height and Page Width according to your specific requirements.

Customizing PDF Body Content

For the content in the PDF body, configure the Font Style, Font Size, and Body Text Color. These settings should be adjusted similarly to the title settings to maintain consistency in the appearance of your PDF content.

Configuring Border Settings

In the Border Settings, select the border size in pixels and choose the border color. This allows you to define the thickness and color of the border around your PDF content, enhancing the visual appeal and structure of your documents.

Setting Border Position

Enter the values for PDF Border Position to adjust where the border appears on the page. This setting enables you to precisely position the border to fit your design requirements and layout preferences.

Adjusting Page Margins

Enter the values for Page Margin to provide appropriate padding and ensure the correct placement of content within your PDF. This adjustment helps in managing the space around the edges of the page, ensuring that the content is well-aligned and visually appealing.

Enabling RTL Support

To support right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic and Hebrew, tick the checkbox for RTL Support. This feature ensures that text and layout are properly adjusted for RTL languages, improving readability and alignment.

Adding a Watermark

To include a watermark on your PDF files, enable the watermark feature by ticking the checkbox for Add Watermark Text. This setting allows you to add a watermark to your PDFs, which can be useful for branding or protecting your content.

Enter the desired Watermark Text in the provided box to be displayed on your PDF files. Next, choose the color of the watermark from the color palette to ensure it matches your design preferences and stands out appropriately on the PDF pages.

Use the space provided under the Custom CSS heading to add custom CSS for any HTML elements in your PDF templates. This feature allows you to apply specific styles and adjustments to enhance the appearance of your PDFs according to your needs.

To display images row-wise in your PDFs, tick the checkbox for Show Images Row Wise (Template 1). This setting arranges images in rows, which can improve the organization and layout of visual content in your PDF files.

Displaying Meta Fields in Rows

Enable the display of meta fields in your PDF body by ticking the checkbox for Display Meta Fields in Rows. This option arranges meta fields in rows for better readability and organization in the PDF content.

Defining Number of Columns for Meta Fields

Under the Select Number of Columns setting, define the number of columns you need in a row for your meta fields. This allows you to customize the layout of meta fields in your PDFs according to the desired column structure.

Customizing Default Template

To tailor the default template to your needs, use the Hide Image, Title, and Description Word setting. This option lets you edit static text strings and thumbnails to better fit your customization requirements, allowing for a more personalized PDF template.

Adding a Watermark Image Premium

To use a watermark image, click on the checkbox for Add Watermark Image. This Pro feature allows you to include a watermark image in your PDFs, enhancing branding and protection.

Setting the Watermark Angle Premium

Enter the Watermark Angle in the corresponding space to specify the rotation of the watermark image. Use a negative sign to depict rotation in the anti-clockwise direction (e.g., -45 degrees). This setting allows you to position the watermark at the desired angle.

Configuring Watermark Position Premium

Set the Watermark Position by defining the distance from the left and top of the page in pixels. This Pro setting helps you place the watermark image precisely where you want it on your PDF pages.

Adjusting Watermark Opacity Premium

Set the Watermark Opacity to control the visibility of the watermark image. Opacity values range from 0 to 1, with a lower value making the watermark less intrusive. A best practice is to set the opacity to less than 0.3 for a subtle effect.

Uploading the Watermark Image Premium

Upload your chosen image for the watermark in the Choose Watermark Image setting. This Pro feature allows you to select and upload an image that will be used as the watermark in your PDFs.

Configuring Display of ‘Generate PDF’ Icon

Navigate to WP Swings → PDF Generator for WP → Advanced Settings. In the provided space, enter the selected post types where you want the ‘generate PDF’ icon to appear, such as post, page, and/or product. This setting allows you to customize which types of content will display the option to generate a PDF, based on your specified criteria.

Uploading a Custom Font Premium

Click on Choose File to upload a custom .ttf font file in the Upload Custom Font File setting. This will make the font available in all dropdown lists of fonts, allowing you to use it across your PDF documents.

Entering Cron Name Premium

Enter your Cron Name to initiate a cron job. This setting is used to start a scheduled task for automated processes related to PDF generation, such as regular updates or file handling.

Saving PDF Files on the Server Premium

Toggle the Save PDF Files option to enable saving generated PDF files on the server. This setting allows you to store PDFs on your server for future access and management.

Saving PDFs in a Zip File Premium

Toggle the Save Zip Folder option to save generated PDFs in a zip file. This feature compresses multiple PDFs into a single zip file, simplifying storage and download.

Click on the Reset Setting button to set all the settings to default.

Click on the Save Settings button to save your choices.

To start creating flipbooks, you first need to enable, Flipbooks option from the General settings

Once enabled, you will see a new section in you WordPress sidebar

Click on the option and you’ll be redirected to a new screen.

Create a new Flipbook

You’ll be redirected to a new settings page, where you can name your flipbook, for example, as I did, “Demo Flipbook.”

• Flipbook Sound URL: Add a custom sound (like a page flip sound) by uploading an audio file.

• Flipbook Volume: Control the volume level of the flipbook sounds.

7.3 Saving and Adding Flipbook

Once your flipbook configuration is done, click on “Publish”

Navigate to the all flipbooks section, and find the shortcode for the flipbook you have published

Copy that Shortcode and paste it into your desired post or page.

Click save and you are all set.

Accessing Meta Fields Settings

Navigate to WP Swings → PDF Generator for WordPress → Meta Fields Settings to configure how meta fields are displayed in your generated PDF files.

Displaying Meta Fields for Posts, Pages, and Products

Allow the display of meta fields separately for posts, pages, and products by ticking the relevant checkboxes. Enter the specific meta fields you want to include in the PDFs for each type of content.

Configuring Product Gallery Images

If your product images differ from your product image gallery, enter the name of the product image gallery in the provided box. Enable the setting by clicking on Show Product Gallery Image to include these images in the generated PDFs.

Renaming Meta Fields Premium

Enable the Ability to Rename Meta Fields to customize the names of the meta fields in your PDFs. This Pro feature allows for more precise and relevant labeling of meta information.

Click on the Save Settings button to save your choices.

Note: The selected meta fields will be added to the PDF one after the other, all in the same place. If you want individual meta fields to appear at specific locations, use the following shortcode:

[WPS_POST_METAVALUE key=’wps_field’ {shortcode-postid}] 

Simply replace wps_field with your desired meta key and place the shortcode in your custom template where you want the meta field data to appear. This will fetch and display the respective meta field data at the specified location.

WP Swings PDF shortcodes are now available as Gutenberg blocks! This makes it easy to customize your pages using a simple drag-and-drop interface.

To use it, just search for “WPSwings” in the block search bar, then drag and drop your desirable shortcodes

To embed the Google services, search for  “WPSwings Google Embed Block” and drop it into your page.

To embed Google services like Docs, Forms, Sheets, or Slides into your page, you first need to publish them to the web. Each service has its own way of doing this to generate a link. 

Once you have the link, paste it here to embed the service on your page.

For Google Slides:

1. Log in to Google Slides and open the presentation you want to publish. 
2. Go to “File” > “Share” > “Publish to the web.” 
3. A window will pop up, as shown in the screenshot below.

   4. Copy the link from the “Publish to the web” window.
   5. Paste it into the embedding block in WordPress.

Reddit Embed:

To embed a Reddit post, open the desired post and copy its URL, as shown in the screenshot below.

Next, go to the post or page on your WordPress website where you’d like to embed the Reddit post. 

Locate the WPSwings blocks, then drag the “Reddit” block onto the page.

Paste the copied Reddit post URL into the block to embed it. And save the post.

Twitter (X) Embed:

To embed a Twitter (now known as X) post, click the three dots on the post and select the “Embed Post” option.

Copy the provided embed link.

On your WordPress site, search for the WPSwings “Twitter Embed” block, drag it onto your post or page, and drop it in place.

Paste the embed link into the block. Save your post, and you’re done! The embedded post will display on the page, as shown in the screenshot below.

1. Automatic Installation

When it comes to automatic installation, WordPress is the most user-friendly.

To do so, all you have to accomplish is-

2. Manual Installation

After Purchasing the premium version navigate to My Account > Orders > Your Order. There you’ll find the License Key. The License Key is also sent to you on your mail ID.

Please confirm your purchase code by copy-pasting it in the given Enter Purchase Code text field and hitting the Validate button, so that you can utilize the plugin’s features conveniently even after the 30 days of plugin activation.

Note: Even if the license is not activated, you can use the Bookings for WooCommerce PRO plugin capabilities for 30 days. After that, the PRO plugin features would be automatically disabled, and you might end up losing your customer’s booking data, therefore it is a must to activate the license before the trial period ends.

4.1 Bookings General Settings (FREE)

This toggle button allows you to enable or disable the totals booking cost display at the frontend booking form.

If you want your customers to learn about their booking total cost at the booking for itself whilst placing a request. You must enable this to display the total booking cost for different services and quantities during booking.

• Please Select The Language For Calendar: Admins can conveniently select the language that sits well with the requirements of your booking website.

5.1.3. Display Additional Services DetailsPremium

5.1.4. Display Booking PolicyPremium

You can easily display your WooCommerce booking policies along with the booking form utilizing this feature of the plugin.

To do so, you are just required to turn On the Show Booking Policy toggle button, and then input your booking policies there in the Booking Policy text box available.

5.1.5. Set Color For Available Dates In The CalendarPremium

In order to create additional booking costs for your product, you need to first fill this form a whole. 

This form would thereby allow you to create different types of additional booking costs for your booking products. There are multiple options available-

a) . Name

This option allows you to input a unique identifier name for the additional booking cost that you’re supposed to be creating.

b) . Slug

The “slug” is the URL-friendly version of the name. It is usually all lowercase and contains only letters, numbers, and hyphens. Add a slug of your choice that you want to add for your additional booking costs created.

c) . Description

This input box allows you to enter the description for the additional booking costs that you’ve created. 

d) . Booking Cost

This input box allows you to enter the booking cost price with respect to the added cost of your bookable product, resource, or service. This option includes different conditions along with- 

e) . Multiply Cost by Number of People

If you toggle switch ON this option available, this clearly states that your created additional booking cost will be multiplied by the number of people added to the booking.

f) . Multiply by Duration

If you supposedly toggle switch ON this option this clearly means that you allow your created additional booking cost to be multiplied with the duration of the booking placed.

After you’re done with the options, just hit the Add New Booking Cost button to save the booking cost created. You can conceivably create as much as cost that you desire.

f) . Multiply Cost by Duration

If you toggle switch ON this option it means that the service cost of your bookable resource i.e. product or service would be multiplied by the duration. Checking out this option enables your customer to place bookings based on timely schedules.

g) .  If Optional

If you toggle switch ON this option, your created additional booking service cost would become optional while making a booking request, and if you left it unchecked, your service included cost would become optional, vice versa.

h) . If Hidden

This option if toggle switch ON allows you to hide your included booking service created from the customer at the time of placing a booking request. There’s a catch that this hidden option only works for included services not for the additional services created.

i) . If Has Quantity

In WooCommerce booking plugin this option enables you to calculate the service booking cost for the booking on the basis of the quantity of the bookable resource available. If you supposedly toggle switch ON this option then two more options are enabled-

j) . Minimum Quantity

This option allows you to input the minimum quantity allowed for the bookable resource to place a booking request.

k) .  Maximum Quantity

This option allows you to input the maximum quantity of a bookable resource allowed in order to place a booking request.

After you’re done with the options, just hit the Add New Booking Service button to save the booking cost created. You can conceivably create as much as additional booking services that you desire.

This is the very next tab in the bookings plugin’s settings. I.e. Booking Calendar. This is not an actual setting tab rather a tab for the booking request overview.

This availability settings tab offers multiple setting options like-

12.4 Availability By DaysPremium

Using the plugin settings, you can easily define your booking Start, End, and Lunch Hours depending on the weekdays.

To do so, you just need to specify the particular day-wise Morning, Lunch In, Lunch Out, and Night time slots utilizing the time range picker available there.

12.5 Please Select the Unavailable Dates ( List of Holidays )Premium

This setup option is quite effective in handling your unavailability depending on a different set of holidays.

Note- We also have a separate front-end WooCommerce bookings form where the availability dates are displayed separately. These days are displayed on the date picker calendar in different colors based on their status, with green denoting availability for booking and red denoting unavailability on that date. Please see the screenshot below for more clarification—

12.6 Enable This If You Want To Close Days Of Particular MonthsPremium

This is a toggle-based option that allows store owners to enable availability schedules for booking days based on month-wise sorting. Booking under this setting involves days specifications that are unavailable out of selected months.

12.7 Please Select The MonthsPremium

This option involves listing out the unavailable month-wise listings within. The months specified would be set as unavailable or not available in the specified booking place.

12.8 Please Select the DaysPremium

This option involves listing out the unavailable day-wise listings within. The days specified would be set as unavailable or not available in the specified booking placed for different months.

12.9 Enable This If You Want To Unavailable Booking Of Particular MonthsPremium

This option can be utilized if you want to make particular months unavailable for a specified period.

12.10 Please Select the Unavailable MonthsPremium

Utilize this option to specify the months that you want to make unavailable for booking for the customers.

12.11 Please Select The Unavailable DaysPremium

Utilize this option to specify the days that you want to make unavailable for booking for the customers.

12.12 Please Select A Product To Exclude This FunctionalityPremium

The admins can also exclude certain booking products from being unavailable for particular months.

NOTE: This particular setting is only “If You Want To Unavailable Booking Of Particular Months” not for other settings.
You can easily define the list of your holidays and define your booking’s availability with ease by utilizing the calendar picker available there.

12.13 Please Select Product To Include This functionality

The admins can use this setting to make (or include) certain booking products unavailable for specific months.

NOTE: This particular setting is only “If You Want To Unavailable Booking Of Particular Months” not for other settings.

The Product Data Setting section is located just beneath the product description area.

Tap the dropdown button beside the Product Data and update Product Type with Booking Product.

• Booking Type

The merchant can now toggle between a single calendar and a dual calendar. With this WooCommerce appointment plugin feature the merchant gets a chance to toggle between Single or Dual Calendar based on the requirements of your organization.

If a merchant decides to go ahead with the Dual Calendar, he will be in a position to mention the dates of booking that are unavailable and the days that are unavailable every week (weekly off). The users can choose “to” and “from” dates for booking.

But if a merchant decides to go ahead with the Single Calendar, he will be in a position to mention the dates of booking that are available. The customer can choose multiple dates

NOTE: If you have more unavailable dates, then you can go for the dual calendar, but if you have more available, you can go for the single calendar.

This option in the General Settings tab determines the booking quantity determination type for your booking product.

This checkbox option allows you to easily enable admin privileges for the booking appointment request made over the website. If you enable this checkbox option then all booking requests for the product require admin confirmation.

• Cancellation Allowed

This is quite an effective yet straightforward option for the WooCommerce booking requests made over your website. As you enable this option, you offer the ability to your customer to cancel their placed booking requests with ease.

To make the settings in action, just enable the checkbox option available and mention the Order Status in the box beneath for cancellation processing.

• Order Status

• Booking Unit

This dropdown option lets you easily determine the unit type for your booking orders to be placed for the specified booking product, service, or resource.

It has three options likewise, depending on the booking product you own or for which you’re specifying.

If you decide to go with the “hour” option, you will see the following settings (these are related to hours)

• Daily Booking Start Time On Calendar

This setting allows you to specify your booking start time for your specified booking product. You can enter your specified booking start time here. The entered would be displayed in the front within the date and time picker calendar.

• Daily Booking End Time On Calendar

This setting allows you to specify your booking end time for your specified booking product. You can enter your specified booking end time here. The entered would be displayed in the front within the date and time picker calendar,

The admin will see the following option if you select “hours” under the booking unit settings,

• Max Booking Limit Per Hour

The maximum booking limit can be set using this checkbox option based on booking hours. You can enter whatever number you choose here to prevent being overloaded for the day with the sum of your maximum occupied and unoccupied hours.

• Enable Max Booking Limit Per Slot For All The Time Instead Of Per HourPremium

Admins can enable this setting, if they want to enable the maximum number of booking slots infinitely instead of per hour.

NOTE: You can only see this feature if you “Single Calendar” selected with calendar type, and “hours” selected for booking unit.

The admin will see the following option if you select “days” under the booking unit settings,

• Enable To Show Check-In And Check-Out Time With Date On Calendar

If you wish that your user make use of the date picker and time selection options on the calendar to determine your booking requests at the front end, then enable this checkbox option available.

• Max booking Per Day

The maximum booking limit can be set using this checkbox option based on booking hours. You can enter whatever number you choose here to prevent being overloaded for the day with the sum of your maximum occupied and unoccupied hours.

• Max Booking Per Date

The admins can also restrict the users by mentioning the maximum booking number on a particular date.

• Booking LocationPremium

This checkbox option allows you to enable the product to be shared on Facebook, for this you integrate your Facebook credentials with the plugin settings available in the Integration Settings tab.

13.2 Unit Cost

It’s essentially the per-unit cost of the bookable resource or the business owner’s main expense. A booking unit’s cost can be any amount you like; you only have to manually type it into the text field next to it.

• Booking Unit Cost

Utilize this field, to enter the unit cost for a particular service that you are opting to book for.

• Booking Unit Cost Per People

In terms of the unit cost of the bookable resource, this is a contradicting additional choice. If you select this option, the fee per unit is computed based on the number of people for whom the service is being ordered.

• Hide Base Cost From Product Page

The admins can utilize this feature to hide the base cost of the booking product from the customers.

• Base Cost

It is primarily the cost of a bookable resource unit’s base rental fee or optional cost. Because the base cost is an optional charge, the user has complete control over whether or not to use it.

This is a viable possibility. A new option for calculating your base cost is included in Base Cost.

• Base Cost Per People

If you choose this option, the base price is set by the number of persons that use the booking service.

• Day-Based Pricing Rule For Unit Cost (Dual Calendar)

Merchants can offer day-based discounts (for dual calendar), both fixed and variable, to encourage their customers to make bookings for longer time frames.

For example, offer a $20 discount for 1-5 days, and a 30% discount for 5-10 days.

This strategy will definitely motivate customers to extend their stay and increase your revenue over time. These are the settings that you will have to configure –

1. Minimum Days – Specify the minimum days
2. Maximum Days – Specify the Maximum days
3. Type Of Discount – Specify if you are doing ahead with the fixed discount type or percent discount type
4. Value – Mention the value for the discount that you are offering

• Show Notice Of Cost Range On Product Page: Enable this setting, if you want showcase a message over the product page, specifying the discount rules for that particular booking product.

• Early Bird Discount

This is an outstanding feature of the plugin that lets the admin manager offer an easy discount based on a different set of coupons for their customers. To do so they are first required to create coupons and append them in the early bird discount section of a particular product to make it in action.

13.5 Services Settings

These are the additional product settings that will be enabled after you tap into the Services tab. This set includes multiple settings within-

• Add Extra Services

This option enables your customers to choose additional booking services in addition to the product’s predefined booking services when making a booking request.

13.6 Fields

• Enable Fields: Admins can enable this functionality, to add custom fields to the existing booking forms. Further, you can choose from different “input fields options” and customize the booking form as per your requirements.

13.6 Availability Settings

These are the additional product settings that will be enabled after you tap into the Availability tab. There will be color codes in the date picker calendar for single & dual calendars.

To define booking availability, you need to navigate to Admin Dashboard > Plugin Backend > Configuration Settings > Availability Settings tab.

Note: In case you require an understanding of the Availability feature of the plugin, just refer here. (Refer to this for the Dual Calendar Booking Type, all the mentioned settings will be reversed for the single calendar type)

• Choose Multiple Dates To Disable Booking On That Day

The admins can choose the dates, you want to disable the booking for your customers.

• Choose Day To Make Booking Unavailable On That Day In Every Week (Weekly Off)Premium

Simply pick one day from the list of available days to use as your booking service week off. This setting is entirely optional; you are free to use it or leave it as it is.

• Choose A Scheduled DatePremium

Enter a date here, and it will be taken into account as the start date of your booking services availability.

• Booking Slot Format

The admin can use this setting to set the timing format that will be shown on the frontend when customers are making the booking. The available formats are 24-hour and AM/PM.

Bookings will be available on the specified dates, and minutes.

• Sets Days Availability Up To Particular Date

Admins can mention the availability window or set the day availability up to a particular date by using this feature.

Admins can now make particular dates available up to a particular time. For example – you can make Saturdays and Sundays available up to December.

• Booking Slot Format

The admins can enable this functionality if they want the timing to show AM/PM, time formatting.

Merchants can utilize this functionality to completely hide the unavailable slots to avoid confusion.

13.7 Unit Cost For Year

The WooCommerce bookings plugin enables the admins to set different prices for different dates throughout the year. By utilizing this section, admins can set different prices for a variety of dates. Further, it provides the admins with the flexibility of providing the customers with dynamic pricing.

From this section, the admin can put different prices for the mentioned dates.

NOTE: The dynamic pricing will only be shown when the admin puts the prices if the space is left blank, then the parent pricing will be shown. The admins can use filters to make bulk edits over these dates.

13.8 Slots Per Day

Utilizing this functionality of the WooCommerce bookings plugin, admins will get a chance to schedule appointments for a particular day. This setting allows the admins to be flexible with their booking slots.

For example, if the admin wants to create extra slots for December 23rd, they can click on that particular date, which will open this window.

Utilize this window to add as many slots as you want for one particular booking product and a particular day. After adding the slots, you must update the product for it to be showcased in your WooCommerce store.

You can now manage the per day slots by using this functionality of “Slots per day” on the same day.

For Example: If you are serving a spa service, and you want to schedule it on every Thursday from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, all you need to do is select Thursday from the dropdown, enter the time slot once (like 11:30 – 12:00), and apply it to all Thursdays for the selected month in just a click.

This functionality will helps you in:

1. Offering your services on a repeated schedule.

2. Quickly update your availability for specific days.

3. Avoid chances of manual errors when managing bookings.

With this configuration, you will have complete control over your calendar with minimal effort, and your clients will always see the proper open slots when making reservations.

You might be curious about that- How do your customers be able to place booking requests/orders using the frontend?

Need not worry, let me detail you that in an easy stepwise manner.

Let’s start then.

In order to place a booking request or order, initially, the consumer needs to place a booking request. For that, he/she is required to fill a booking form. 

Just hit the View Details button beneath the bookable resource i.e. product or service available in the store and proceed.

After that, you would automatically be directed to the bookable resource i.e. product or service Description page. Here, you are supposed to fill out the booking form available, based on different options sets allotted by the store manager itself.

After hitting the Book Now button, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Checkout page to process the booking order checkout.

Customers can receive booking notifications via email from the booking store manager after the successful completion of their booking orders. 

Mostly the notification email is to be supposedly sent in order to inform the customers regarding their pending payments or to update them about their booking status.

So, that’s all for the booking setup and process.

Customers can view their bookings in a centralized manner. They can see the name of the booking product (which is clickable), the payment method they used, the option to add the booking to their Google Calendar, the booking status, and the cancellation option (if the merchant has enabled this functionality). Furthermore, customers can also select whether they want to view the bookings in a list or grid format.
